This little guy is just a few weeks old! And already a transcontinental traveler! He gave us the perfect mix of some sleepy shots and wide eyed expressions too!
The S family came up to Dry Creek for vacation from Marin, they stayed at this fantastic house right along the creek! We had fun roaming the property and even did some images with their friends that traveled all the way from Boston! (they are up next!)
I think I’m starting to get punchy writing these posts…because ever since I typed “sisters” I started thinking of the song from White Christmas…tell me you do it too…say “sisters” twice in a row without breaking into song. I dare you. Well, I don’t think you can get cuter than these two! Can you believe they are BOTH part Japanese…yep! Genetics is a funny thing! A was hilarious. I had to delete several blurry pics from laughing too hard from her antics. And K- well, I could take her home and kiss her cheeks all day. Enjoy the peek!
Its been fantastic seeing so many of “my” babies returning as one year olds! Its also been fun to see who is walking and who isn’t. None of my kiddos walked until 13-14 months. But I myself was an early walker (8 months! my poor mother!) S isn’t quite striking out on her own yet…I think its great to capture that…because before you know it you’ll hardly be able to remember a time they WEREN”T walking!
Well, it seems like just yesterday I was photographing her mama and daddy’s wedding! Time flies by and little E is rip roaring TODDLER! Here’s a little secret (ok, so its not really a secret). Toddlers don’t have time for photo shoots. They have a lot of exploring and learning to do…capturing memories…is sooo not on the agenda! So it always works out great when we can give them some room to explore, and just happen to take some pictures while we are there! ha!
