Little Miss A has changed so much since her 6 month session. At 6 months she was barely sitting up and now she is on the GO! And from the number of times she did the “look Ma, no hands” move during our session, I don’t think it will be long until walking! How do babies learn so much so fast?? It was the perfect time to catch her new tricks, and capture just one more memory of those luscious baby rolls. Yes, I just called them luscious. ha!
It was great to meet up with this sweet family. Baby K has the whole family in rapt attention, especially big brother N. N was so so incredibly sweet and calm in holding and loving on his brother.
I always enjoy maternity sessions. The anticipation is palpable. I especially love them when I know I’ll get to meet the sweet baby in a few weeks. And that the newborn session will be like a reunion rather than a first meeting. C is expecting a baby boy in a few weeks, and I can’t wait to meet him.
Little Miss C is 18 months old. Its funny how more and more you see glimpses of their personality and sometimes its a glimpse at teenagerhood! We had to cajole her a bit (pictures didn’t fit in her schedule, neither did hair bows, or sitting on chairs in the studio). But heading outside for a breath of fresh air was perfect, and it didn’t hurt that Daddy was a pretty darn funny distraction (hair bow? what hairbow?) Ahhh this is the life of an almost 2 year old!
I loved little A’s crazy hair. Gorgeous soft tufts poking out every which way! So adorable!
