Senior "N"

Its that time of year again…senior pictures! I love it, Any little flowering shrub can be a gorgeous backdrop, its like an adventure photography hike! We went to the foothill park and the time of day was just right (late afternoon of course) and we had some sweet light! “N” was so willing to try any pose…croutching even in prickly bushes (I didn’t realize there were pricklies there!) Boy, the things you have to do for a good picture! Ok enough of my chatter…see for yourself.

Graduating "G"

We had an awesome time creating these senior pictures for “G”. We started at the railroad tracks and then she brought me to her work…a restaurant in Healdsburg called “The Barn Diva”. You can check them out here http://www.barndiva.com/
It is DEFINATELY now on my list for my next date night! The place is beautiful, and “G” says the food is awesome too! I can’t wait to check it out.
This is just a teeeny tiny sampling of the pictures I have coming “G’s” way! Enjoy!

Class of 2009!

Its that time of year again…Back to school. And that means a whole new crop of Seniors! G was my first of the season…its so much fun with such a cooperative subject! Plus we can do crazy things like climb weird places and hide under bridges. Here are just a few that stood out to me in a quick once through of all the pictures. G is very involved in theatre…maybe he’ll be famous someday…I’ll have to hang on to these (wink)!

Senior Session

I was pleased to get to do a senior session in the “off season”. Seniors have to be one of my favorite types of sessions, easy to work with, and you can get a bit creative with them. Of course I think I say the same for newborns, and maternity, and children have those expressions…ok, so I love em all.
Anyway, I digress…check these out.

Last of the Seniors

Well, I’m sad to say this was the last of the seniors from Casa that I could squeeze in before their yearbook deadline. I had a great time with each of them…they were willing to try anything, and it was fun to get creative with them!
“G” was great…I loved her purple highlights in her hair!
